The purpose of ATM-ALARM is to alert a Bank's Security Center in the event of breach, electronic threat, data interception, interference in the communication or vandalism and theft of an ATM within the Banks premises or even way from it, in case they remove it.

ATM-ALARM functions

  • Accurate position recording data via the GPS system as well as time, date, height, speed, direction, number of satellites and signal acquisition accuracy.
  • Alarm alert when the system is exceeds a pre-defined threshold area (Geofence).
  • Additional ways to communicate with the cental server in the event of wired network failure(redundancy), either via GSM / GPRS wireless data network creating a VPN / VLAN or by sending SMS messages to an SMScenter that connects to the server.
  • Monitoring of neighboring GSM networks (up to 7 simultaneously) even without a SIM card installed, for approximate position estimation (in cases of no GPS or interference of the GPS system).
  • Recognition and alert when attempting to intercept a GSM network.
  • Ability to send SMS messages in alarm status to 2 designated mobile phones.
  • Warning alarm when external devices are placed on the front of the ATM.
  • Auto-enable / disable system outputs in case of camera alarm (cardreader cut-off, siren activation, etc.).

In order to protect the ATM, a special sensor is installed, which continuously scans the front panel, card slot, ATM cash outflows, and detects the presence of foreign bodies at these points, activating at the same time the ATM alarm system and notifying the Bank's Control Center . In order to protect the contents of the ATM, a number of sensors [temperature, vibration, power cut-off, etc.] and a GPS tracking system are installed in the event of ATM-theft.

The transmission of the information to the Control Center is via wired Ethernet network, GSM network (VPN), Wi-Fi network.

The Monitoring tracking software is installed in the Control Center, which receives all alerts from the installed systems on the ATMs and displays signals according to their criticality [alert, alarm, update etc].
